Reopening JNU: Physical classes resume in phases from tomorrow. Details here


Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) announced on Wednesday that it has decided to reopen the campus for physical classes from tomorrow on a phased basis.

Pursuant to a new decree, the JNU authorities have decided to resume phase 3 and 4 classes from September 23 and September 27, respectively.

Here is the information on the reopenings of phase 3 and phase 4 of JNU:

Phase 3 – September 23, 2021:

– Third year doctoral researchers (both hosts and academics) are permitted to enter the campus.

-Buses will be allowed to enter the campus according to the COVID-I9 protocol.

-In order to avoid overcrowding. it was decided to decentralize the process of issuing the Security Bureau ID card. Students’ identity cards will be issued to the School, Special

Central level.

Phase 4 – September 27:

-All M.Sc. Last year. B.Tech Fourth Your & MBA Final Years Scholars (both hoteliers and academics) will be allo6etl, 6 eater ink, the campus.

Anyone found in violation of the above instructions. shall be liable to prosecution in accordance with the provisions of Articles 51 to 60 of the Law on Disaster Management. 2005. Section 188 of the IPC and other applicable laws, specifies the ordinance. Meanwhile, JNU

Entrance exams for admission began in 114 cities on Monday, VC Mr. Jagadesh Kumar said.

Entrance exams will take place until September 23.

“The JNU Entrance Examination (JNUEE) conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) began today across the country in 114 cities and 248 centers. Best wishes to applicants appearing in JNUEE 2021,” Kumar said in a tweet.
