Dan Murphy’s says it will be offering 10-minute on-site interviews this week to anyone who walks into a store as the liquor retailer gears up for the busy summer and Christmas trading period.

The Endeavor Group brand says no experience is necessary, just a passion for customer service and being 18 and over.

“We wanted to make it as easy as possible for people interested in a career at Dan Murphy’s to get a foot in the door,” Agi Pfeiffer-Smith, executive director of Dan Murphy, said in a statement.

“Every Dan Murphy store is hiring, so come as you are and our commitment to every applicant is that we will give you a short interview on the spot.”

Ms. Pfeiffer-Smith encouraged people from all walks of life to “spend a summer with Dan,” from college students to retirees.

Dan Murphy’s has 258 stores nationwide and says it’s looking for more than 2,200 casual customer assistant jobs.
