Maharashtra Minister Nawab Malik’s son-in-law Samir Khan was arrested on Wednesday by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) in connection with a drug case.

Based on specific information, NCB Mumbai seized Ganja in a courier to Bandra West. During the follow-up operation, a huge supply of strains imported from Ganja was recovered from the residence of a Karan Sajnani in Khar. Sajnani, Rahila Furniturewala, Shaista Furniturewala and Ram kumar Tiwari were arrested under the provisions of the NDPS law and brought to court.

During the investigation, the role of Sameer Khan, a resident of Bandra was also revealed. Sameer was called in for an exam on Wednesday. After a thorough examination, he was placed under arrest. In addition, follow-up action is underway.

It is learned that after the Sameer Khan questionnaire, the NCB is raiding Rampur in Uttar Pradesh and the NCB is also trying to uncover Sameer’s connection to the drug syndicate.
