Samsung Galaxy A13 5G could get a 50-megapixel camera and 5,000mAh battery


The Samsung Galaxy A13 5G is expected to be the next Galaxy smartphone in the South Korean tech giant’s A series. The handset has been rumored for several weeks and now a new leak suggests new details on the specifications of the smartphone. Samsung is reportedly delivering a 50-megapixel main camera in the upcoming Galaxy A13 5G smartphone. The handset, which is expected to be the company’s cheapest 5G smartphone, is also said to have a 5,000mAh battery capacity. The new Galaxy A13 5G phone will succeed the Galaxy A12 launched last year.

According to a report (in Dutch) from the Galaxy Club, Samsung is working on the Galaxy A13, which would be its cheapest 5G offering from the company. The report claims that the Galaxy A13 5G smartphone will have a 50-megapixel main camera and 5,000mAh battery capacity. Other Galaxy A series devices such as Galaxy A12, Galaxy A22, Galaxy A32, and Galaxy A72 also have similar battery capacity.

The Samsung Galaxy A13 5G is expected to be announced this year. Earlier, the same publication indicated that the handset will carry the model number SM-A136B and its price will be less than 200 euros (around 17,300 Rs.). Samsung has not confirmed any details, so this information should be taken with a grain of salt.

Right now, the Samsung Galaxy A22 5G is the company’s cheapest 5G offering in India. The handset was unveiled with a starting price of Rs. 19,999. It has three rear cameras and a 90Hz display. Other specifications of the Galaxy A22 5G include a drop-style display notch from water for the front camera, 8 GB of RAM and a 48 megapixel main rear camera. It sports an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC and a 6.6-inch Full HD + Infinity-V display. The smartphone is equipped with a 5,000mAh battery that supports 15W fast charging.
