Sansera Engineering will be listed on Dalal Street today, which is September 24th. The initial public offering (IPO) of the automotive ancillary company, which was opened between September 14 and September 16, was a full offer for sale by promoters Subramonia Sekhar Vasan, Unni Rajagopal Kothenath, Fatheraj Singhvi and Devappa Devaraj, and the shareholders Client Ebene and CVCIGP II Eben employee.
The IPO was underwritten 11.47 times, according to data available on the NSE website. The portion of qualified institutional buyers was subscribed 26.47 times, the portion reserved for non-institutional investors was subscribed 11.37 times and the retail segment attracted 3.15 times the subscription.
As the IPO is an offer to sell, Sansera Engineering will not receive any proceeds from the sale of shares.
Sansera Engineering manufactures precision forged and machined components for the engine, transmission, suspension, braking, chassis and other systems, and caters to the automotive and non-automotive industries.
