South India’s second Vande Bharat Express train from Secunderabad to Visakhapatnam will begin commercial operation from Monday (January 16). Secunderabad-Visakhapatnam Vande Bharat Express will be flagged by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday.
Ahead of the start of the Secunderabad-Visakhapatnam Vande Bharat Express commercial run, South Central Railways has released several details regarding the train, including times, ticket prices and the route of the train.
It should be noted that Secunderabad-Visakhapatnam Vande Bharat Express will be the first semi-high-speed passenger train service in Telangana. The train will cover a distance of 699 km between Secunderabad and Visakhapatnam. It stops at four stations and takes 8 hours and 30 minutes to complete the journey. The train stops at four stations: Warangal, Khammam, Vijayawada, Rajahmundry. From Secunderabad Junction, Vande Bharat train (20834) will depart at 3:00 PM and reach Visakhapatnam at 11:30 PM. From Visakhapatnam, train (20833) departs at 5:45 AM and will reach Secunderabad at 2:15 PM.
The Secunderabad-Visakhapatnam Vande Bharat Express runs daily except Sundays.
