Singtel adds Zoom to its Communications Platform-as-a-Service for business customers
Singtel has announced that Zoom Phone Connector will be added to Singtel’s suite of 5G and Unified Communications (UC) on their Communications Platform-as-a-Service (CPaaS) offering starting next month.
Zoom Phone Connector makes it possible to call Zoom Meetings from landlines.
CPaaS from Singtel is a cloud-based solution that enables capabilities such as voice, video, and messaging to interoperate with business users’ IT infrastructure. The platform enables customers to seamlessly onboard new services such as “Do Not Call Features”, “Contact Centers-as-a-Service” and “Mobile Voice Recording”.

According to the company, several new solutions will gradually be made available to enterprises as they are added to Singtel’s suite of 5G and Unified Communications (UC) offerings. This includes Zoom onethat includes team chat, phone, whiteboard, meetings, rooms, workspace reservation and more.
Zoom Contact Center, Zoom virtual agentand Zoom IQ will be added to the list of available apps in the future, Singtel said.
