‘So as my lovely followers many of you had been asking a while back if I was pregnant when I was not on the rides in Southport and you noticed a lot of things too, well you were right we were having a baby! I was pregnant.
“We found out so early, it felt like we’d been pregnant for so long. If you remember I was off social media for a while, it was because we had a miscarriage. I was almost 12 weeks pregnant (3 months).
“I had illness early on (bad, bad illness lol, I was so nauseous and throwing up) and crazy hormones, so it felt long with our baby.

“I started having a bad headache one night and the next morning I woke up and I told Joe and my mom and Joe’s mom that I didn’t feel pregnant anymore, they know how I am and thought I was overly worried and the baby would be fine because on our previous scans the baby’s heart was beating beautifully. But as a mother I think you just know…
“The fear, the heartbreak and the grief we went through was terrible. Joe and I were so excited and had already envisioned and planned a life with our family of 4.
“I was already looking at what I was doing for my baby shower. You think if you get on like I was that everything will be fine, so it was a big shock.

“I had to have surgery to have our baby removed, as further on, I couldn’t have gone through it all without my absolute rock, Joe. My mother, Joe’s mother, Jane and Cath were wonderful, and the support of our family and my management.
“After the surgery I was so numb and empty and my hormones were all over the place. It was hard to accept that there was nothing left and our journey was over. Joe was my rock and I love you more every day ️.
