Kolkata Knight Riders spinner Varun Chakaravarthy expressed his gratitude and happiness for being named to the 15-member Indian squad for the T20 World Cup, to be held in the United Arab Emirates and Oman from October 17 to November 14. An ecstatic Varun Chakaravarthy kept his feet on the ground as he spoke to focus on the challenges ahead.

The spinner explained how having the IPL in the UAE will help players better understand the conditions ahead of the T20 World Cup, which will be jointly hosted by the UAE and Oman.
