IAF Recruitment Rally 2020: The Indian Air Force (IAF) has published an official notification for the recruitment of aviators under the trades of groups X and Y, on its official website. Online registration will begin on November 27, 2020.

Once registration has started, interested and eligible candidates will be able to apply to the IAF Recruitment Rally online at airmenselection.cdac.in no later than November 28, 2020, until 5 p.m.

The military will hold the recruiting rally for single male applicants from December 10-19, 2020 in New Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Bhopal and Pondicherry.

Qualification for education:

1. For the trade of group X: Candidates who have passed an Intermediate / 10 + 2 / equivalent exam in Math, Physics and English with a minimum of 50% of total marks and 50% of marks in English OR Three-year course in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic / Automotive / informatics) Science / Instrumentation Technology / Information Technology) from a government recognized polytechnic institute with a minimum of 50% marks overall and 50% marks in English in a degree or in intermediate / matricule if English is not a subject for the diploma.

2. For the Y group trade (except Auto Tech, IAF (P), IAF (S) and Musician Trades): Candidate must have passed the Intermediate / 10 + 2 or equivalent exam in all Central / State School Board approved courses / subjects with a minimum of 50% marks in total as well as English in class XII or an equivalent exam OR have successfully completed two years of professional education course Boards are listed as members of COBSE with a minimum of 50% total marks and 50% English marks in the professional or intermediate / matricule course if English is not a subject in the professional course.

3. For the profession of medical assistant in group “Y” (non-technical): The candidate must have passed an Intermediate / 10 + 2 / Class XII exam or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English approved by Central / State Education Boards with a minimum of 50% marks in total as well as in English in class XII or equivalent examination.
