The Samsung Galaxy M02 will go on sale in India on January 19, according to its Amazon listing. The phone launched last week and has been teased to go on sale “soon”. Galaxy M02s is a budget offering from the company and comes in two RAM and storage configurations, as well as three color options. The phone is powered by an octa-core processor and packs a large 5000mAh battery. The Samsung Galaxy M02s has a triple rear camera setup and a notch for the selfie shooter.

Samsung Galaxy M02s is priced at Rs. 8,999 for the 3GB RAM + 32GB storage option and Rs. 9,999 for the 4GB RAM + 64GB storage model. It will be available in black color options. , blue and red when it goes on sale Jan. 19 through Amazon, Samsung.com and major retail stores in India.

The Samsung Galaxy M02 runs on the Android 10 based Samsung One user interface. It has a 6.5 inch (720×1560 pixels) HD + TFT LCD display with an aspect ratio of 20: 9 and a notch in the shape of a drop of water. Under the hood, the phone is powered by the Snapdragon 450 octa-core SoC and Adreno 506 GPU. It comes with up to 4GB of RAM and up to 64GB of internal storage expandable via a microSD card (up to at 1 TB).
For photos and videos, the Galaxy M02s has a triple rear camera setup that includes a 13-megapixel main sensor, a 2-megapixel depth sensor, and a 2-megapixel macro lens. Up front there’s a 5-megapixel selfie camera with an f / 2.2 aperture housed in a small notch. The volume and power buttons are located on the right side and the rear cameras are aligned with the back panel of the phone.
The Samsung Galaxy M02s is backed by a 5000mAh battery with support for 15W fast charging. The phone is 9.1mm thick and weighs 196 grams.
