This new apartment building in Cape Town gets its own Pick n Pay

Station House, a unique mixed-use development on Cape Town’s Atlantic coast, is nearing completion and will feature a boutique signature Pick n Pay supermarket.

Located at 19 Kloof Road in the heart of Sea Point, the project features 201 luxury apartments, 44 of which are suites within the on-site boutique hotel. The apartments consist of studios, one-bed, two-bed, three-bed units and penthouses.

The 12-story Station House will also feature Kove Collection restaurants on the street and 9th floor, a private resident lounge, braai areas, kinetic gym and animal park, resident pool, launderette, waterless car wash, and pods with yoga, fitness facilities and a co-working space.

Lesley Rensburg, sales agent for Dogon Group Properties, said only 61 are left to buy due to demand.

Available apartments in Station House range from studios from R1.875 million, one bedroom units from R2.595 million and two bedroom units from R5.295 million. There is only one three-bedroom apartment left, which is on the market for R8.85 million.

Located on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors of the building, the 44-room boutique hotel at Station House offers investors an alternative real estate option on the Atlantic coast, and there has been healthy demand for these units – with only 16 available to buy. Prices start at R2.765 million and include a parking space in the basement, a furniture package and a storage room.

“Investors get 14 free off-peak nights a year at the boutique Station House hotel, as well as access to a range of diverse amenities in the building, and an additional seven nights in one of the chain’s other hotel destinations. ”
