(TBEN Detroit) – The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) will repair 12 bridges on I-75 between M-8 (Davison Freeway) and Seven Mile Road in Detroit this weekend.
As of Saturday morning, crews will close the two right lanes of I-75 southbound from M-102 (Eight Mile Road) to south of M-8 (Davison Highway).

The project includes structural repairs at the I-75 / M-8 interchange which will result in ramp closures throughout the season and the M-8 eastbound ramp to I-75 northbound will be closed. during the life of the project.

During active construction, two lanes of I-75 will be open in each direction during rush hour.
All work on this project is expected to be completed in November.
