CONCORD, NH (TBEN) – A New Hampshire man was arrested in connection with the deadly riot on the United States Capitol last week.
The FBI office in Boston said Thursday that Thomas Gallagher, 61, of Bridgewater, New Hampshire, was arrested on Wednesday without incident.
He is accused of violent entry and disorderly conduct on the Capitol grounds. Gallagher was arraigned in U.S. District Court in Concord, New Hampshire on Thursday afternoon and released on the condition that he not commit any crime, cooperate with a TBEN sample, and enter Washington, DC when ‘at least after his next hearing, on January 22.
Five people died, including a Capitol policeman, in the January 6 riot.
