A beautiful tortoiseshell cat is looking for a new family to love her – and enable her to love them back.
Three-year-old Luna is available for adoption with the Animal Rescue Fund (ARF) of the Hamptons in New York.
Luna was brought to ARF by her previous owners, who were no longer able to care for her.
The “tortie” has a beautiful tortoiseshell-patterned coat with black and brown spots.
In a statement to TBEN News Digital, ARF described Luna as beautiful, outgoing, affectionate and “curvy.”

“Luna will look for you for attention, and she will eagerly climb on your lap to make it cozy,” the animal rescue group said.
“Let’s get Luna back into a house!” the group also said.

Luna is considered a tortoiseshell cat because of her cute fur, but her real breed is tame shorthair.
Torties have unique genetics, according to Purina, that give them their stylish appearance.
These genes are also why most torties are female.
