Spy images of the Toyota Yaris hatchback have surfaced online and the Japanese automaker is likely gearing up to launch the hatch in India, however, Toyota has yet to confirm the news. The Toyota Yaris hatchback is already on sale in global markets and Toyota launching it in India is a bit of a surprise as it already has the Glanza for the premium sedan market.

The hatch of the Toyota Yaris was spotted without any camouflage, which makes the design element quite apparent. The hood looks quite sculpted, and the grille is flanked by sleek headlights. Next, it sports DRL eyebrows above the headlights, and overall the tucked-in front gives it a sporty stance. At the rear, it receives L-shaped tail lights and the group fits into the tailgate. Then typical elements like the shark fin antenna and the rear wiper are also apparent. The test mule is fitted with steel wheels, but the production model is expected to be fitted with alloy wheels.
