As seen in a behind-the-scenes segment of WWE Friday Night SmackDown, Adam Pearce announced that Otis will be joining Team SmackDown at the Survivor Series pay-per-view.

Chad Gable was there to congratulate Otis. He said that “we” tapped into “your inner alpha”.

As previously stated, this appears to be a change from previous plans. Fightful reported that Big E is planning to join the SmackDown team.

Pearce also announced that Bayley will be joining the SmackDown Women’s Team.
