WWE is once again facing challenges with the filing of certain trademarks.
WWE submitted seven trademarks last October, but they were denied by the United States Patent and Trademark Office. The reason listed for this is due to a lack of written consent from the talents performing under the names.
HeelByNature.com has obtained documentation for the marks, which will be discontinued in six months if WWE does not comply. Here are the names:
Dominik mysterio
Kay lee rae
Chelsea Green
A child
A male
Amir jordan
Aoife Valkyrie
Last year, WWE faced similar issues when it registered trademarks for several stars such as Drew Gulak, Pete Dunne, Mercedes Martinez, Keith Lee, Raquel González and Mia Yim.
It should be noted that the likes of Yim, Lee and Martinez have registered the trademark for their respective names on their own, outside of the company.
