WWE NIL signer AJ Ferrari has been charged with one felony of sexual battery.
The Oklahoman reports that a warrant for his arrest was issued on August 3. The bail was set at $25,000. He was charged with sexual assault by a woman who had filed and received an emergency warrant on July 5. There will be a hearing on September 15.
Ferrari’s attorney, Derek Chance, issued the following statement:
“The Ferrari family is disappointed with the state’s decision to file these charges,” Chance said in an emailed statement. “We remain confident that AJ Jr. will be acquitted by the legal process as he is innocent and the facts will no doubt prove it.”
