Live viewing figures for AEW Dynamite and WWE NXT are known. NXT took the victory this week in full audience while All Elite Wrestling took the key demo.
Dynamite lived in 688,000 viewers, down from 700,000 viewers last week when they scored 0.28 among 18-49 year olds, up from 0.26 last Wednesday.
This episode featured Kenny Omega & The Good Brothers against Jon Moxley and Tag Team Champions AEW, The Young Bucks, TNT Champion Darby Allin defending against JD Drake, and more. The show also had an appearance by Mike Tyson, who helped AEW attract 827,000 live viewers when it last appeared on May 27, 2020.
On the flip side, WWE NXT had 768,000 live viewers, up from 654,000 viewers last week, when they scored 0.22 in the 18-49 demographic, down from 0.21 last Wednesday. NXT presented the first night of its TakeOver: Stand & Deliver special. It should be noted that this special was broadcast on the US network with commercials and Peacock without commercials.
This marked the last time Dynamite vs NXT takes place on the same night that NXT moves to Tuesday next week. AEW ranked # 5 in the top 150 cable shows while NXT was # 11. Here is the breakdown of each demo for each show:
