WWE NXT wrestlers frustrated with resuming full-time training | TBEN

When the COVID-19 pandemic began last March, WWE moved its televised events to the Performance Center. Last August WWE left the training facility and later NXT TV transferred from Full Sail University to the Performance Center. WWE had set up a training center near the Performance Center.

Fightful Select reports that there are “a lot” of frustrated interns at the Performance Center.

According to the report, WWE interns recently returned to work at the Performance Center five days a week. It comes at a time when there has been another outbreak of talent testing positive for COVID-19.

However, it has been said that the talent is only tested once a week. WWE had done virtual classes but has since returned to a normal schedule.

This is not the first time that talent has been reported to be upset with the way the company has handled training during the pandemic. It was noted that some talent was known to be “true COVIDs,” which are basically a bunch of people who don’t take the virus seriously.
